Monday Night Dinner No more sunday scaries. We have been having lots of fun serving up Monday night dinners! Everyone who has entrusted Ben to make a delicious meal hasn’t been disappointed. Plates have been literally licked clean. Here's the drill. Reservations open up at 7am the Wednesday before the following Monday. Last week we were booked by 9am. You put your preference of meat or vegetarian in the notes. This has made dinner service seamless, and we have been able to really reduce wasting food, and run on a short staff of, like, 4 people plus our kids running around. Reservations are made only online. If you have an allergy — or just any questions — reach out to us. The menu is prix fixe, so no substitutions. But we promise, you'll love it. Set those alarms now! And, don’t worry, I won’t send out a newsletter every week about reservations. Last night was so fun and full of laughter. The diner was literally a loud and happy crowd, where people saw their friends, gathered, and enjoyed wonderful food. Food! Drink! Merriment! We also played a killer playlist.
