With only 5 rooms and 2 cottages on a small, remote island, we can't absorb last-minute cancellations. If you cancel within 30 days of arrival — including last-minute bookings — your payment is non-refundable. We encourage purchasing traveler's insurance if your plans are uncertain.

Cancel more than 30 days out and we'll refund your stay minus a $50 per room processing fee. For "Suite Deal" or "Family Suite" bookings, the processing fee is $100.

To keep our spaces clean, allergen-free, and peaceful for all guests, we do not allow pets of any kind on the property — including guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.

We welcome service animals trained to assist guests with disabilities. Please let us know in advance so we can prepare.

If a pet is brought onto the property without prior authorization, additional cleaning fees may apply and we may need to end the stay early.
