Year Two, Thank You.

Year Two, Thank You. Just two years ago we reopened with minimal products, a tiny staff, and big dreams. Let’s set the scene: we quietly reopened after 6 weeks of working day and night to clean up, renovate and reopen. It was March 25th, 2023, and we ripped the bandaid off to just get the doors opened. We had very little inventory, a tiny team, and most people that walked in the door, were like, “this... is it?” It was “it” at the time. Just in the beginning, while we could get into the groove of ordering, stocking, freight, our new point of sale system, and everything in between. The patience of the community to stick with us has been greatly appreciated. We feel really lucky to serve you all, and of course, we will always be chipping away at improving and growing in every way! So, what’s been happening? Well, this winter, we have been trying to check off some projects around the property. Ben has been serving up some great food in the kitchen. Joe + team has been keeping the shelves well stocked and exciting. Lynae has been greeting and making the inn cozy all winter. The inn and cottages have had some updates. New painted floors in the upstairs of the inn. New furnishings here and there. Feeling fresh and bright! We are hoping to do some more tweaks to the property as it begins to warm up. We will have our beehives again, so we will have a wild meadow vibe again on our grassy areas. Reservations for the inn are open for the summer season, and a reminder that you can book the full farmhouse for your whole family or book the farmhouse + the two cottages, all together, all to yourselves! 3 night minimum for those :) What’s in store for this summer: We are bringing back Monday night dinners. Possibly some other surprises, TBD, stay tuned. Recently, our episode of Maine Life aired, it featured a bunch of businesses on the island. Click the link below to watch! Thank you for all of your support. It keeps us going and has meant the world to us. Laura + David and the team at the North Haven Inn & Market Below is a little trip down memory lane to remember how far we have come.
